Agreement

These terms govern your use of FrameWeight, a product of Luciditas LLC. By using the app, you agree to these terms and Apple’s applicable App Store terms.

The service

FrameWeight helps you analyze and manage items in your Apple Photos library. Storage figures and potential savings are estimates. iOS and Apple Photos control final deletion, iCloud downloads, Recently Deleted, and reported device capacity.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for reviewing selections before confirming changes. Keep backups of irreplaceable media. Do not rely on FrameWeight as the sole archive of any photo or video.

FrameWeight+

FrameWeight+ is offered as an auto-renewable subscription through Apple. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. Subscriptions renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel in your Apple Account subscription settings. Prices and trial availability are shown by Apple before purchase.

Free access

FrameWeight may provide a free cleanup allowance and other free features. Limits and included functionality may change in future versions, subject to applicable law and any commitments shown at purchase.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the app, attempt to interfere with its operation, reverse engineer it except where law permits, or use it in violation of another person’s rights or applicable law.

Availability and changes

We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or compatibility with every device, library configuration, or future iOS version.

Disclaimer

FrameWeight is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties that may lawfully be disclaimed. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Luciditas LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of FrameWeight. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid for FrameWeight during the twelve months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Oklahoma, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where your local consumer law requires otherwise.
