Overview

FrameWeight is an iPhone photo-library analysis and cleanup application operated by Luciditas LLC. This policy explains how information is handled when you use FrameWeight or contact us for support.

Photo-library access

FrameWeight requests access to the photos and videos you choose to make available through Apple’s Photos permission system. Access is used to calculate storage, create thumbnails, identify broad cleanup categories, preview items, and perform actions you request.

On-device analysis

Photo and video analysis is performed on your device. FrameWeight does not upload your photo or video content to Luciditas LLC servers. Recognized screenshot categories and scan records remain on your device.

Deletion and media changes

FrameWeight cannot delete media without your action and confirmation. Apple Photos processes approved deletions and moves items to Recently Deleted. Apple controls final removal and when storage is reclaimed.

Purchases

Subscriptions and purchase history are processed by Apple through the App Store. FrameWeight receives entitlement information needed to determine whether FrameWeight+ features are active. Luciditas LLC does not receive your full payment-card information.

Tracking and advertising

FrameWeight does not display third-party advertising, does not use cross-app tracking, and does not sell personal information.

Support communications

If you email us, we receive the address, message, and attachments you choose to send. We use this information to respond, troubleshoot, prevent abuse, and maintain appropriate business records.

Children

FrameWeight is a general-audience utility and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the app.

Security and retention

On-device scan information remains under iOS protections and can be cleared from FrameWeight Settings. Support correspondence is retained only as reasonably necessary for support, security, legal, and business-record purposes.

Your choices

You can change Photos access in iPhone Settings, clear FrameWeight’s scan cache in the app, manage subscriptions through your Apple Account, and delete the app to remove its locally stored records.

We may update this policy as FrameWeight evolves. The current version will be posted on this page with its effective date.
